Yeah.
It’s safe to say that we were not being hosted on a large enough instance. So. We’re working with the hosting company to (hopefully) correct this. Will post more as we know it.
The earliest sales might be is noon tomorrow, Dec 2. We will not run sales without giving at least 12 hours notice.
Folks – we really thought we did our homework on this one. All I can do is apologize and add it to the bucket of ShmooCon lore.
Update: We’ve already been moved to a larger instance and, thanks to many of you responding to our request on twitter, have already slammed the site giving us even more data to look at. Appreciate the help.
